OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT – CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

We are very excited to announce that from the 11 of November 2019, UAB “Baltic Car Equipment” is officially changing the company name to UAB “Xirgo Global”.

This new name reflects becoming a part of the XIRGO team (www.xirgo.com), our significant expansion of activity range, partnerships worldwide and allows us to explore a broader business scope.

The company will continue to operate with no change in address, bank information and account numbers. Contracts and other contractual obligations signed under the legal name of “Baltic Car Equipment”, UAB remain unchanged.
